He has proven an absolute champion in surrounding himself with some of the most dynamic and dedicated partners, employees, investors and students. Than Merrill was born in Fresno, California. He is a graduate of Yale University and he currently resides in New Haven, Connecticut. After a very successful college football career, he played in the NFL for two years with the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before moving on to real estate investing full time. Than continues pursuing his entrepreneurial dream of building a dynamic company in the company of friends while enthusiastically teaching the secrets of his success to investors across the country.

In this case we are talking about the game, CASH FLOW 101, that's right, a game!
The board game CASH FLOW 101 has often been called Monopoly on Steroids!
Macon REIA hosts a CASH FLOW 101 game on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at The Macon REIA Building. The doors open at 6:30 PM with the game starting at 7:00 PM and ending at 9:00 PM.
So why are we telling you about CASH FLOW?
Because you may not realize the value of having fun, playing a board game about investing in real estate using play money, and here is the best part... CASH FLOW night is run and moderated by some local, very knowledgeable and willing to share their experiences in real estate investing people.
WHAT?
